Starting at Inspire Burbank
Real questions. Useful answers.
What age can my child start?
Mighty Bulldogs welcomes ages 4.5–8. Inspired Kids is for ages 9–12, and Teen & Adult Martial Arts starts at 13. Ask the studio to help choose the right class for your child.
Can a shy child or complete beginner participate?
Yes. Your child does not need experience or confidence to begin. Our programs use instruction, encouragement, and achievable challenges. Tell the team what helps your child feel comfortable so you can discuss a suitable starting point.
What happens during the first class?
You meet the instructors, learn how class works, and try the training. Review your signup instructions and confirm the class, arrival time, and what to wear or bring with Inspire Burbank. You can call (818) 900-5425 before your visit.
Can adults begin without being fit or experienced?
Yes. You do not need to be fit, flexible, or experienced to begin. Our instructors guide you at your level. Explore Teen & Adult Martial Arts or Kickboxing & Fitness for ages 16+, and share your goals with the studio.
How does the 3-Class Discovery Course work?
Three classes give you time to meet the team, try the training, build on your first experience, and decide whether Inspire is right for you. Choose your program in the studio’s signup catalog and review its current terms and any price before registering. See the Discovery Course at Inspire Burbank.
Where can I find class times and directions?
Use the Burbank class schedule to explore times, then confirm your first class through signup or with the studio. Find directions to 175 E Olive Ave, Suite 102, Burbank, CA 91502. Ask the team about parking and the entrance before you arrive.
Can I train with my child?
Yes. Selected weekly classes combine children ages 9 and up and adults on the same mat. Look for Inspire Family on the Burbank schedule, then ask our team about a family visit so we can help confirm a suitable time.
What should I wear or bring?
Check your MyStudio registration instructions for your class and ask our team about attire or equipment before your first visit. Call Inspire Burbank for guidance.
Does an inquiry reserve my first class?
No. An inquiry saves your contact details so the studio can help you. Complete the separate MyStudio signup and confirm your first class with Inspire Burbank before arriving.
