No. Our instructors explain the activities and help children participate at their own comfort level. No martial arts experience is needed for the birthday child or their guests.
Can friends who don’t attend Inspire come?
Absolutely! Your child’s friends are welcome, whether they train at Inspire or are visiting for the first time.
What does Inspire provide?
We provide the studio space, tables, chairs, and instructors. Our team hosts the party and leads martial arts games and group challenges, including a special board-breaking moment for the birthday child. There is also time to enjoy your cake and refreshments together.
What should parents bring?
Bring the birthday cake, candles, food, refreshments, and party supplies—including plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and a cake server. You can also bring table coverings, decorations, and party favors.
Do you provide food or cake?
Parents provide the cake, food, and refreshments. This lets you choose your child’s favorites and plan around your guests’ needs and your budget.
How do you supervise the activities?
Our instructors lead the games, explain expectations, and adjust challenges to the ages and experience of the group.
